Refund Policy

All Jelka Globals products purchased through our website may be returned within 28 days of purchase before a refund can be processed.

Please note that the cost of returning unwanted items will be the responsibility of the sender. If items are returned without pre-paid shipping, the courier charges may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Once we receive the returned item, we aim to process refunds within 28 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Conditions for Returning Items

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused and returned with the selvedge, product tag, and product sticker intact.
  2. The item must not have any strong or unpleasant odor.
  3. The item must remain in its original condition and must not be altered or modified from how it was delivered.
  4. The purchase receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.

If a returned item is damaged, used, or in an unsuitable condition, we may not be able to process a refund. In such cases, the item may be returned to the sender at their own expense.

All returned products will be carefully inspected upon arrival.

Responsibility for Returns

Items being returned remain the responsibility of the sender until they are received by Jelka Globals. We strongly advise packaging items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Jelka Globals cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned. For this reason, we recommend obtaining proof of postage and delivery when sending back items.

We are also not responsible for items mistakenly returned to us. If you would like such items sent back to you, the return shipping cost will be covered by the sender.

Please note that exchanges are not currently offered.
If you would like a different item, you may return your original purchase and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a faulty or defective product. If this happens, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for a refund if the product defect is confirmed.

Please note that all returned items will undergo thorough inspection. Products returned due to normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing defect may not qualify for a refund

Gift Returns

Items purchased and marked as gifts may also be returned, provided they meet the return conditions listed above.However, refunds are not issued for gift purchases. Instead, a gift voucher equal to the value of the item may be provided.
